In the lead-up to the municipal elections, our volunteers interviewed and engaged with many candidates across Durham Region to help you make an informed choice in this critical municipal election.

 

Endorsements were made based on a candidate's position against urban sprawl, the proposed airport in North Pickering, campaign funding from developers, along with their support for complete communities, "missing middle"/gentle density housing forms, and increased transparency for local and regional councils.
